Read the documents, keep the judgment
Contracts, filings and matter files arrive as PDFs and scans. Munito AI gives legal teams open models and document AI on European infrastructure, with zero data retention by default.
Extract the clauses, compare the drafts and show the passage behind each answer. The lawyer reads the source and makes the decision.
From a bundle to an answer with its source
| Workload | Build with Munito AI |
|---|---|
| Contract review | Extract the parties, the dates and the clauses your playbook checks |
| Clause search | Find a wording across a portfolio and return the passage that matched |
| Version comparison | Compare two drafts and report the change, clause by clause |
| Matter files | Turn scanned bundles into text your document system can index |
Use Document AI for the pages and structured outputs for a fixed response shape. The document review recipe is a working start. Choose from EU-hosted open models for each step of the workflow.
Client confidentiality decides the deployment
Professional secrecy covers the documents your team reads, so the deployment matters as much as the model. Run inference on European infrastructure that Munito AI operates, inside your own cloud account, or on-premises. The most sensitive matters stay inside your own perimeter, and your team keeps one API across each choice.
Munito AI does not train on customer data. Zero data retention is the default, and your application decides what to keep. Keep the document, the extraction and the decision of the lawyer in your own matter record.
Answer the questions your client asks
A client questionnaire asks where the data runs, who processes it, and what you retain. Bring a DPA, a named region and a documented data policy to that conversation. Our SOC 2 audit and ISO 27001 certification work are in progress.
The security review guide collects those documents, and the subprocessor list names every company in the chain. Our engineers answer the technical questions of your IT and risk teams directly.
Prove it on your own documents
Start with one document type and a fixed set of matters your team already reviewed. Measure clause accuracy, the quality of the source references, and the time each review takes. Read the results with the lawyers who will use the system.
Move to dedicated capacity when the volume needs predictable throughput. Keep the same API as the work grows from one document type to the practice.
Talk to an engineer about your documents, your confidentiality rules and your evaluation.
