Move your AI project through security review
Your product is ready. Your customer needs answers about where data goes, who can access it and how long it stays. Munito AI brings open models, European infrastructure and a clear data policy into one platform. Give your reviewer the documents they need and a direct conversation with the engineers behind the service.
Discuss your security requirements.
Keep control of where your models run
Run on managed European infrastructure, inside your own cloud account, or in your own data centre. Keep the same API across models and deployment choices. Set the data region around your customer's requirements, with EU inference and EU storage for customer content.
Use the EU API to connect your application. For a deployment with specific provider or infrastructure requirements, work directly with our engineers.
Keep customer data private
Zero data retention is the default. Munito AI does not train models on your inputs or outputs. Choose when your application needs to retain content, with explicit storage controls and documented retention periods.
Give your reviewer the data privacy guide and DPA. Both describe how the service handles customer content.
Give procurement a clear set of documents
| Your reviewer needs | Start here |
|---|---|
| Data locations and deployment scope | EU data residency |
| Retention and data use | Data privacy |
| Contract for personal data | Data Processing Agreement |
| Suppliers that process data | Subprocessor list |
| Security controls and audit progress | Trust center |
| Contract entity | Company facts |
| Service availability and incidents | Public status |
Send us your questionnaire and the requirements that matter to your customer. We will help your engineering, security and procurement teams assess the deployment together.
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 in progress
Our SOC 2 audit and ISO 27001 certification work are in progress. The trust center is the place for control information and progress updates. Discuss your required evidence and procurement timeline with our team.
Support your DORA assessment
Financial services teams need a clear record of service scope, data locations, subcontractors and operational responsibilities. Use Munito AI's documentation as the starting point for that review.
Bring requirements for incident notice, audit rights, service levels and exit arrangements to the contract discussion. Your legal team can map the proposed deployment to DORA Article 30.
Start with the requirement that matters
Tell us which models you need, where they must run and what your customer needs to approve. We will help you define a deployment and an evaluation that answer those questions.
